All of the conference rooms have direct access to the lovely natural surroundings -Vaserne and are equipped with the newest IT and AV equipment. If you need to work undistrubed during your stay, we offer "Your Office" in the office area. The office areas has PCs, printers, internet, and much more.
As a starting point we offer a series of meeting packages. The packages contain everything, that is necessary to achieve a good meeting or conference. Of course our meeting packages can be upgraded and adjusted to match your needs. You can see what the meeting packages contain below.

In addition to offering guidance on the physical framework of your meeting the Meeting Designers can also make suggestions regarding working methods and untraditional breaks, that can contribute to increasing the success of your meeting.
